Life Saving Training Foundation
The Life Saving Training Foundation is an organization for drowning prevention, water safety, lifesaving and lifesaving sports. Life Saving Training Foundation (LSTF) is a public Charitable, Non-profit, Non-Government Organization. The LSTF was formed in 2021 and registered under W.B.S.R. Act,1961 We use our extensive, world-leading knowledge of water safety and training to develop a comprehensive range of lifesaving skills of preventing drowning and stopping unnecessary loss of life.
VISION
The Life Saving Training Foundation is an independent national body that reduces the number of land accidents and drowning across India by:
- Promoting lifesaving and first-aid awareness and training programmes for everyone
- Empowering underprivileged local youth with lifesaving skills for a sustainable source of livelihood
- Providing training to Government institutions, Corporate, Educational institutions, and individuals on drowning prevention and first-aid
MISSION
The Life Saving Training Foundation provides an essential volunteer community service at the highest international standards for the public of India. Our mission is to be the leader in lifesaving and lifeguarding in India. Sharing, our expertise and knowledge with as many people as possible, giving everyone the potential to save lives and enjoy water, safely. Our main motto is to make a first responder in every family to save their family members, friends, neighbours and public.

MR. GOPAL NASKAR
Founder President
Life Saving Training Foundation was established 15th June 2021 by Mr. Gopal Naskar, who is one of the famous Master trainers & Examiners of various courses in Aquatic disaster Management, First Aid, CPR, AED, Beach & Pool Lifeguarding etc in India.
Mr. Gopal Naskar started his journey as a life saver in 2001 through a reputed lifesaving organization in India which is Indian Life Saving Society. Mr. Naskar has gradually completed many courses in Lifeguarding, First aid, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) as an Instructor & Examiner from RLSS(I), Has trained and certified himself in the entire Public safety protocols, Surf lifesaving, First aid, Resuscitation, Automated External defibrillation (AED), Spinal Management from Australia under SLSA. He has led volunteer teams to various parts of the nation during major aquatic disasters and gathered immense knowledge in the field.
To date, Mr. Gopal Naskar has trained more than 35,000 people of various courses in Aquatic disaster Management & Non-Aquatic Management training, Scuba diving, First Aid, CPR, AED, Pool Lifesaving , Surf Lifesaving etc across India most of them from National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Army, Coast Guard, Civil Defense etc. Numerous rescuers & instructors have worked under his excellent leadership and guidance. He has dedicated his life for life saving and cause of needy people.
